The Port Authority of Algeciras Bay (APBA) is governed by the "Ley de regimen económico y de prestación de servicios de los puertos de interés general", passed on November 6th 2003.APBA is located in a new administrative building in Paseo de la Conferencia. It occupies 5,600 square meters, fitted out with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.
